Title: Primel Metrology, Part II

Author: John Volan (“Kodegadulo”)

Originally Published: 1206z (2022d)

Revised: 120Az (2026d)

Subject: Primel Metrology

This is a follow-on to the introductory Primel Metrology article. This article introduces “Quantitelic” units (reciprocals of Quantitels), and then covers units of angular mechanics. It resolves the issue of how SI and mainstream mathematicians consider angles to be dimensionless quantities, whereas Primel asserts they are physical quantites with true dimensionality. Part of that resolution involves recognizing a quantity called “radiality”, and its reciprocal, “curvature.” The article describes Primel units for angular velocity, angular acceleration, angular mass (moment of inertia), angular momentum, angular force (torque).

This article was originally published in The Duodecimal Bulletin Whole Number A4z (124d). This standalone version was substantially revised by the author.
